A simple black and white outfit today with a pop of burgundy lipstick. I've been wearing pants a lot lately so decided to wear a skirt again, and paired it with a jumper I've had for a while but not yet worn. I like the fact it's a hoodie but a little more sophisticated than your usual sweatshirt style x

Wearing three new items today...blazer, trousers and boots. I'm so pleased with the blazer, the fabric and colour are stunning. I also own the matching trousers (suit addict) but decided to dress it down today with a pair of khaki trousers. I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair of khaki pants for a while so was thrilled when it came to an end on a unexpected trip to Glassons. Also new in are the Cheap Monday boots, for which I can now say are incredibly comfortable. Love them x

I suppose this is technically an OOTN as it's what I wore out for dessert with friends a few nights ago. Both my jacket and dress are by Lonely Hearts. Although the shearling jacket is from last winter I actually prefer it to the current version, and thought it complemented the edgy look of the dress without being too harsh. As for the shoes, they're my trusty distressed litas which have certainly got that 'worn' look about them now x

Reflect Sandal Topshop/ Layer Ankle Boots/ Cheap Monday.

I arrived home today to find not one, but two, pairs of shoes awaiting me. The first pair I've been after since last season, so I was thrilled when Topshop restocked them. They'll be my perfect summer shoes and an alternative to the chunky wedges and platforms that dominate my shoedrobe. As for the boots, I really didn't need them, but as black ankle boots are my go to shoes I thought they'd be a justified acquisition. Although I'm a big fan of Cheap Monday, these are actually my first item from the label. I love the simplicity and modern detailing on both pairs. Yes, I'm a shoe addict x

I bought this Zara shirt when I was in England about 6 months ago, but as it's been winter since it's not had much wear. I especially love the colour combination for spring and thought my I'd wear my Artsy ring, which also doesn't get enough love, to coordinate x

OOTD: tardy take two.

Now I know it was only about a month ago that I bought my first Tardys, but I am so in love with the style that when I spotted these in the Solestruck sale, I couldn't resist. I like the fact they're yellow as it's a rather unexpected colour for me, especially combined with the heart print and fur finish, but I've realised that I enjoy wearing so-called crazy shoes everyday. Although they may not look it Tardys are incredibly comfortable and easy to walk in, but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to wear them to uni yet as the pavements aren't in great shape and I may break an ankle or two if I trip on a crack x
